It’s a crazy month! I had heaps of fun and lost track of my diet!! I can say I didn’t diet at all this month! Beer was flowing almost 2x a week and eat gallore!
Since March is over and I got 35 days before my summer get away! I should go back to mu 1200 kcal diet with high protein! Should do intense training too!
Injured left shoulder blades can keep me out of swimming this week.. I guess I need to starting jogging and double the stair climbing.
Okay! Here goes the 35 day challenge!

I’ve been wanting to do 3000m swim for the past 2 mos now. I wasn’t able to do it yet. I need to be more focus. I should really swim 5x a week. To improve my stamina and endurance I have a dream to be a triathlete! I sure know that I can bike. Did a 12km bike for an hour recently. I should do things one step at a time. Once I’m done with swimming.. I’ll do the cycling.. I wish I can do this! :) I will feel so fulfilled if I do so! :)
When I was younger. I had knee injury that was fix of therapy. Few years back i was diagnosed of carpal tunnel syndrome in my wrist. It sucks to be me! Today, I went to a Physiatrist to have my aching wrist and knees and also to have clearance for Cross fit and boxing.
I can’t do both. I will do therapies before he can give me clearance. He also recommend not to do badminton nor jumping rope until the therapy is done. How crazy is that. Here I am all motivated but my previous injuries are getting back at me.
Tomorrow, i will try to go to the GYM after 3 years! yap! 3 years! I know.. I’m a lazy ass! oh well. i will try to go do some weight lifting to at least get some muscles build up! I’m excited and i can’t wait!
Ever felt the fat in your back rubbing to each other? I’m experiencing that! Am i That effing fat? Any how! If you are not experiencing that yet! Don’t say u are fat!! ggrrr!
Update on my NO RICE DIET AND NO RED MEAT diet! its so achievable! however, i think i should change it to Portion control diet! Today for snack i had yogurt with mangoes, bran, dried apricot and corn flakes. It’s healthy but OMG! it was the medium size! i was full!
So this week! I will study more on portion control! I will see if i can control it! Wish me luck!!

JUST GOT OFF THE HOSPITAL!
I know!! I know! For some reason HOSPITAL is the 3rd place i love to hang out at after all the clubs and bars now a days.hahahaha! As what my girl friend told me! It’s my 2nd home! hahaha I should really take the pain i’m feeling seriously! It’s getting effing worst! grrr…
Okay.. The thing is that I just had my gallbladder removed last May. For some reason my surgery doesn’t hurt much! haha! After the procedure i even wanted to go to work. Mind you the procedure i had was the open cholecystectomy not the laparascopic one! So, it’s like a major operation.
After few weeks the surgery i took another job to promote a club. I think this is the stupid part! All i know! i’ve been depriving really my body the much rest i deserve. Well my body deserve!
So, additional game plan! “NO PARTYING” need to rest!!
