47 Days from now I will attending a diabetic training classes. It’s embarassing that I am not still in my ideal weight goal! Im giving my self a challenge! In 47 days the training will start.
I want to feel fit and healthy when I face them! I need to shed off the weight i gained when I lessen my swimming exercises. I need to jog/swim/hiphop abs or cycle everyday for 47days. Minimum of an hour a day!!
Food should not be morethan 1200kcal + whatever i’ll burn for the said day and 2L of water. No BEER and no morethan 5oz of alcohol in week. NO SMOKING in this entire time! ( Hopefully continue to quit).
I will encorporate more vegetables, and fruits on most meals. NO RED MEAT!! NO PROCESS FOODS!! NO FAST FOOD!! NOT more than once a week of fried food!!!
